Sahaj Marg, translated "Natural Path", is a Raja Yoga system of spiritual training based on a heart-centered meditation. The practice is founded on the principle that god is all-pervasive, and therefore pervades the heart of each and every person. The goal of is explicitly spiritual - attaining the ultimate goal of human existence, which is oneness with God, or self. Sahaj Marg meditation is a simple practice which can be integrated into ones busy life. The meditation is available to anyone who wishes to practice it. There are no monetary requirements. To start the meditation practice, one is required to attend a minimum of 3 introductory meditation sessions over the course of three consecutive days. Once initiated the practice involves daily meditation at home and one can also attend group meditation on Sunday mornings at 10AM at the 1250 S. McCully Drive, in the newly acquired property on the grounds of SV Temple. Information sessions for new people will be held each Sunday at 11AM after the group meditation.
